Mindfulness Workshop for Therapists

The Neurophysiology of Stress and Trauma

This workshop will be an introduction to the relationships between stress, strain and distress. Participants will investigate the underlying internal processes experienced as anxiety, depression and related states. The connection between stress, trauma, post traumatic stress and PTSD will be examined.
