Therapy is available for individuals and couples experiencing difficulties who wish to advance their personal growth and understanding. Therapy can help with a wide variety of issues such as: anxiety, depression, stress, family and relationship issues, self-esteem, sexuality, bereavement, trauma, violence, abuse, anger management, illness, and identity issues amongst others. The Centre offers services to clients who wish to enhance their wellbeing and address personal, relationship, family and/or work related challenges.

Therapy can also help you make the right decisions for you when dealing with dilemmas, making difficult choices or decisions, or adjusting to a new culture or way of life.
